Peels

A Non-Surgical Way To Smoother Skin

Peels in Florence, Cincinnati, Crestview, & Erlanger

Chemical peels are a popular, effective way of removing skin imperfections, smoothing lines, and creating a more youthful look. Unlike surgical procedures, there is little downtime with a peel, and the extensiveness of the treatment can be easily tailored to each individual patient.

A peel is the process of applying a chemical solution to the skin. The solution penetrates the top layers of skin, and allows imperfections to be removed. A peel can be used to treat a variety of skin issues, including fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentation issues, acne, and other skin imperfections. With a peel, the damaged skin is exfoliated, leaving smother, younger looking skin in its place.

Zero Gravity Aesthetics offers several levels of peels, including:

With our Free Consultation, we can show you more about different types of peels, evaluate your skin condition and the issues you’d like addressed, and help you determine the best approach for your situation.

What Should I Expect With The Treatment?

Most peels can be done in approximately a half an hour, so you can even schedule appointments during lunch or at the end of the day. Most patients have no discomfort from the treatment, but there may be some redness from the exfoliation process. This subsides quickly.

What Are The Results?

Some improvement will be apparent soon after the treatment, with additional positive results in the days right after the treatment. Depending on the peel, optimum results may require that the peel be repeated periodically.
