*Must be licensed RN, NP, PA, DMD or MD in the state of Kentucky (compact licensed RN’s welcome)
Cost is $3,200 and includes workbook and supplies during training. The participant needs to provide their own model.
50% deposit required
Full payment due 7 days prior to class.

*Due to the medical nature of treatments and services offered at ZG Aesthetics Wellness and Dermatology, we kindly ask that our patients not bring children to accompany them during their appointment. .
Cancellation Policy Update
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged $25. If you no-show your scheduled appointment, you will be charged $100.
In the event that you arrive to your appointment more than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, you may be charged $25 and/or the service will be rescheduled.
Consultation Update
Your first treatment plan consultation will be complimentary! Any additional consultation will now require a $50 deposit to schedule.
If you decide to book and prepay your service at the time of your consultation, your $50 consultation fee will be applied to that service!
