We’re delighted you’ve chosen to host a ZG To Go Party! To help ensure you and your guests get the most out of this wonderful experience, we have put together the following list of suggestions and guidelines to make the process as simple as possible.
You have 2 options: we host your party at our facility, or we host your party at the location of your choosing. Here’s what each option entails:
If you choose to have your party at our facility, then you and your guests will have ZG Aesthetics Wellness and Dermatology all to yourselves! Attendees are eligible for discounted pricing on Wrinkle Reducers and Fillers. If you choose to have an Esthetician on site, all skincare procedures and products will be 10% off as well.
We will be glad to come to the location of your choosing. We just ask that the location be well lit and have a designated area for injections/esthetician procedures. All attendees are eligible for discounted pricing on Wrinkle Reducers and Fillers
-Full Lip Enhancement – $550 ($100 off – usually $650)
-Mini Lip Enhancement – $355 ($100 off- usually $455)
We require a $100 booking fee for 2 hours, $150 for 3 hours, and $200 for 4 or more hours. The number of injectors and the length of time required for your party is dependent on the number of guests attending.
As the host, you will receive 15% of the parties income to use on yourself.
*Host cannot save, rollover, or share their specific discounts, and services must be used at the time of the party.
Booking Fee
We require a non-refundable booking fee of $100.00 to secure the date for your event, which lasts up to 4 hours. Please let us know if you feel you’ll need additional time for the party. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs! The booking fee does not apply to the minimum spending requirement. All deposits must be paid through ZG To Go Venmo (@zerogravitynky) or by calling ZG Aesthetics Wellness and Dermatology at 859-344-3250 and paying by phone.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, we prefer a week’s notice if possible. If cancellation shall occur after booking date, the non-refundable booking fee of $100.00 shall be forfeited. If the cancellation shall occur within 48 hours of the event, the client shall pay to ZG To Go 50% of minimum spending requirement as a cancellation fee in addition to forfeiting the $100.00 non-refundable booking fee.

*Due to the medical nature of treatments and services offered at ZG Aesthetics Wellness and Dermatology, we kindly ask that our patients not bring children to accompany them during their appointment. .
Cancellation Policy Update
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged $25. If you no-show your scheduled appointment, you will be charged $100.
In the event that you arrive to your appointment more than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, you may be charged $25 and/or the service will be rescheduled.
Consultation Update
Your first treatment plan consultation will be complimentary! Any additional consultation will now require a $50 deposit to schedule.
If you decide to book and prepay your service at the time of your consultation, your $50 consultation fee will be applied to that service!
